Shipping Information

At Look, we provide standard free delivery to any address within India. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas.

On the front, we deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. For a list of countries that we deliver to and our charges, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Local Deliveries

There are 2 delivery options available for customer, Standard and Express courier.

Processing Time –  takes up to 3 working days to process orders once placed, we check the delivery serviceable area and work on assigning the package to courier partners for shipping.

Standard Courier – is standard rate for all local orders and it takes approximately 5 – 7 working days to reach you from the time after processing. Delivery can be delayed due to local government restrictions and state border security checks at times.

Express Courier – is available at an additional charge as applicable and it takes approximately 3 working days to reach you from the time after processing. Please get in touch with our service team for express delivery service.

To serve you better, please get in touch with our service team in case of urgency.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your tracking link in email. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Customs and Import charges if any for India delivery address will be coverd in the purchase price.

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

Payment Information

The accepted modes of payment are

Credit or Debit Card Charges

The amount of the order placed will be debited from your credit or debit card once the order is placed. If, for any reasons, we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason the amount will be refunded.

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same return/replacement period. Kindly check the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.

Colour may vary like bit light or bit dark due to photogragh or lighting effect, no return due to minor color variation.

Video of damaged or defect item is mandatory for return, exchange or refund, video should be shared within few hours after receiving delivery package. Package label and entire product should be captured in video shared.

CONDITIONS
You may return for an exchange within 14 days of delivery, so long as it is unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags still attached.

Returns & Refunds

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Correct Product IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

Complete Product All in-the-box accessories should be present.

Unused Product The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).

Undamaged Product The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Undamaged Packaging Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

International returns and exchanges are based on product type. we ensure customer  with quality product and any concerns will be resolved by customer service team.
